Science Alive !
Background
Book is the first source in this world to convey any learning method to user , but it was old and people nowadays seeking new invention to attract people learning in everything. Science is one of the things in the world we can not see it perfectly. Sometime we need telescope , microscope to learn about science.
Problem Identification
We all know that to learn anything mostly come from the book , without book there is no other way to learn. Then comes the internet as another source or medium to convey any learning infromation to user. For the school student they still using old book form that they must read everything to get the information. In some way it does not effective 100% because people nowadays prefer video or animation than texts. With this Augmented Reality form it will take about 80% - 90% effectiveness in study and it also attract student to learn because it has animation instead old text form. Science subject in school can be categorized one of boring subject for most of the student especially in primary school because student can not visualize and everything is fact , student need something has connection with entertainment to learn science and have fun when learn it.
Aim & Objective
- To create new environment in study field
- To persuade student especially primary school student to learn science well
- To attract student in learning phases
- To increase the effectiveness in student learning
- To give student visualize certain things in science that they can not see or touch
Motivation
I was one of the primary school student , when come to science subject is make me hard to learn it because i can not see the actual things only seeing the picture in the book. With this application i think student will have more fun in learning science.

Ideation or Concept
Creating an interactive augmented reality application using web cam and desktop computer. Most people own new technology such as computer, through this application the effectiveness in learning will increase and it also will attract more user to learn. My idea and concept is there’s a special books with no text inside only have few markers. When user open the book infront of the web cam there will appear a 3d animation object on the marker inside the screen monitor and a few information will include.

Title
Realistic Billboard
Background
To advertise anything in the middle of a city , billboard playing the major role in advertising field. Mostly billboard only dislay a static advertisement.
Problem Identification
Some advertisement company normally using the static image or text to advertise their product or service. Sometimes it is hard to recognize because there will have a cliche within other advertisement. Advertisement company need to spend a lot of money to make their advertisement recognized by public.
Aim & Objective
- To increase the effectiveness in advertisement field.
- To attract people to watch the advertisement.
- To make public recognize the product , service or campaign.
- To reduce the highly-budget advertisement.
- To increase awareness in some campaign ( smoking campaign , drug campaign , etc. )
Motivation
We all living in the modern era. Everything static does not looks attractive anymore. And as Malaysian i like to make my country proud as we can level with other international advertisement company.
Ideation or Concept
I would like to create a projection mapping using projector and project the image on the wall. It is not like ordinary projection , it is more realistic and alive when public see the projection. The projection will projected according the size of the wall. If there has few shape on the wall it’s also follow the shape.

Title
Travelling Perfection
Background
Before we travelling we need to have knowledge about the places that we want to visit. More to say we need a travelling agent to explain everything about the places. Brochure is one of the medium that convey information about the travelling agencies and places, but the brochure does not show the real view of the place esspecially the hotel that travelers need to stay.
Problem Identification
To get traveler intention a travelling agency need to design their brochure beautiful and informative so that people with understand what they want to present inside the brochure, but in certain ways some people does not get the real view about the place esspecially the accomodation because it has only the picture of the building in 2D. With this application it gives travelers real view about the hotel , motel or etc.
Aim & Objective
- To attract people to pick certain travelling companies.
- To help travelling company in doing their business.
- To give travelers full view about the places & accomodation .
Motivation
Many people in this world really love to travel , but sometime they did not get full view about the place that they want to go. With this application the old form brochure will be replace to give public satisfaction before they travel to certain place.
Ideation or Concept
With augmented reality application i would like to create a brochure that indicate certain places. When this thing applied on the company it will be helpful instead an agent need to explaining everything about the hotel.
